Too bad.

I still remembered that we brought our son to the Sun Hung Kei Centre - Dymocks to read books and attended story telling sessions ..... sweet memory.

我是舊式人,雖然網上訂書、電子書等咁方便,仍喜歡逛書店,打書釘 (還好孩子都一樣,一齊逛)

商場租貴,開金舖、apple shop一定收得多租過書店

page one 在海港城轉型,希望生意額做得住

Sad. I still enjoy going to book shops to choose books. A lot of my other friends started using online book shops a long time ago. People are too "busy" to spend even 30 min visiting a book shop. Instead, they enjoy browsing through online book shops websites. Not only books. Some of my friends even buy things from webshops like gmarket, iherb, etc.

喜歡逛書店不是喜歡看書，而是喜歡看別人看書！看人生百態有時比書本更好看，試下會否重遇三十年前的戀人。可惜，又要另找地方落腳了！

As far as I know, the landlord agrees some cultural business, like book selling, at sub-market rate rental when they win some NY's government project; because the government know these businesses could not fight with high rental. HK's government do nothing but keep saying commercial liberalism. What a shame!!

沒辦法，我覺得係租金太貴了，賣書利潤點夠畀？唔賣名牌金飾根本難交租

如果將書價mark得太高又根本冇人買，而家啲網上書店好平仲free shipping。
