Can anyone share your lunch schedule for this PM class, which is 12 to 3pm? I'm a bit headache on this...thank you!

My son studies in ESF pm class (12:30-3:30). U may take his schedule for reference: wakes up around 10:30 with milk as light breakfast. Has his lunch (pasta / udon / noodle) at 11:00. Gets on school bus at 12:05. Takes his snack time at school around 1:30-2:00. Heavy lunch is not recommended.

I think what jeantung means is to have regular/light lunch at 11, then snack in school and probably have something to eat after school at home. And FYI this year pm class is from 1230-1530.
