我地舊年回流返香港的，現在阿女讀緊直資學校Y10 IB課程。佢好想返回英國讀書，佢sent咗email去舊校問，回覆話只收在英國住緊既學生和不收Y11. 只收sixth form. 係咪應該等多年呢？另外有個問題是英國制度如果用本地學生身份升讀大學，咁阿女要在Y11返英國讀才可以本地生學費。我應該怎做？

可以試下跳級入sixth form

I have heard there are some UK private schools that offer 1-year GCSE course, and students can join those schools to study Year 11 and take GCSE at the end of that academic year (though I guess there may not be a lot of such schools, and I have so far only indirectly heard of one such case). Maybe you can check with agents and see if they have any suggestions and recommendations.
