佳寶幼稚園 in meifoo has pre school/ playgroup, 1 hr or 1.5 hr with one Chinese and one Eng class (Indian with fluent eng speaking) every week. The teachers are nice and patient.
秀德LLC has playgroup. My friend's son is studying there and he said its good.

有無人知道荔技角個間 cpda 上 play group (9-24個月) 好唔好架??

我小朋友上緊CPDA 18-24 個月哥個GROUP, 我番左4堂都OK, 不過唔係用英文既, 佢18-24個月有些似番緊學前班咁, 例如自理能力呀, 小肌肉, 同認顏色呀都有...
