Is anyone have idea on the ratio of NET at ICS kindergarten? As I saw the majority of the teachers in the school are HK Chinese... Not many foreigners...

All the class teachers are NET and TA can be HK Chinese with fluent English

Maybe to answer in a better way, I have never thought about NET issue in ICS as I came across this school first with an impression of 'English is their core language' to a level that everyone needs to think about how to maintain the kids' Chinese levels.

As long as the teachers are qualified, competent and experienced I don't see a problem

Yes, personally I dont care about skin colors though a lot of local HK people do care. If you watch BBC kids show, most of the host/hostess are "colored" rather than caucasians.
