要2nd in 先有機會有offer unless 有sibling 讀緊，因為校長主要係想見下家長、了解下家長清唔清楚校方既理念、是否一致。基本上唔會問小朋友問題、但小朋友要自己到一邊玩、有玩具。上年有朋友頭一個batch無email, 一兩個星期後收到second in email ,所以未收到email既家長唔好灰心，或者有機會！加油！希望下年可以做到同學仔！

Following the call yesterday, the email notification arrived at 9:30am this morning. It says the interview will be with the school's 行政人员 (English letter: leadership team) and last for about 15 minutes -- does 行政人员 refer to the principal of the school?
