兩 個 字 都 可以 用 在present perfect tense, 'already' 用 在 動作 完成 耐 少少, 而'just' 用 在 動作 完成 短 時間, 但present perfect tense 是 沒有specific time, 而 句子 又 無 提 示 下, 我 覺得兩 個 字 都 可以 互 用, 但 事實 老師 只 跟model answers, 考 試 出 這 些 題目 就'die hard', 請教 大家 點教.

For example: Let's see what John has done! In this sentence, in fact,you can put both 'already' or 'just' or even none of these two. But teacher's model answer: Let's see what John has just done. Note, there are no other words to indicate the finishing time
The other example: He has blown up the balloons. In teacher's model answer: He has already blown up two balloons. Again, no indication...
To understand the context does help, and yes in some of the sentences, it helps. But when there are no indication at all, probably students will 'die hard' in the exam...In particular for present perfect tense, indeed, there should be no specific time mentioned in the sentences.

just，強調是的剛剛冇幾耐之前：
媽：仔，你做曬家課未？
仔：媽媽，你返來前，我啱啱做好曬。
Mom: Kid, have you finished your homework?
Son: Mom, yes, I have just done all of them before you're back.

already，強調是的已經：
媽：仔，你做曬家課未？
仔：媽媽，你未返來前，我已經做好曬。
Mom: Kid, have you finished your homework?
Son: Mom, yes, I have done all of them already before you're back.

唔知有冇講錯．
Let's see what John has done! <= 有!，即想表達特別意思．
Let's see what John has just done! <= 睇吓阿John剛剛做咗乜嘢﹗
如果寫Let's see what John has already done! <= 阿John都做咗(完成)一段時間，冇嘢特別值得驚訝，唔使用!

個人認為樓主面對的不是英文問題而是個別老師的問題。

其實並不是個別老師，而是個制度，同friends講開，大家都有同感，而家D老師只跟model answer, 唔可以flexible,

Bingo, Teachers just follow the model answers but not really explaining the correct usage. Anyway, our poor students. In fact, kids do ask very good questions but teachers just ignore. Our great education system. My friends also have the same comment. As native speakers, they said they did not know how to teach their kids anymore. They don't know why the teachers not teaching properly. Their kids always question my friends as their teachers always put a big cross to the homework they do. I told them this is the reality, no choice.

有一次測驗, 答comprehension時, 有問題問响圖書館會做乜, 囡囡答:
can read books and newspapers and listen music.......
原本老師一個大交叉, 後來又用塗改液塗咗, tick番, 不過寫番model answer係：can read books, newspapers and listen music。不過, 我都同囡囡解釋番model answer同佢答案有乜唔同。佢真係好彩, 老師從善如流。

你 女女 好 彩, 遇 到 好 老師, 我女女 初 小 時老師 都好好, 但 上 高小 就 大 不相同, 其實你 女女 個 句 的structure 無 問題ga, 但 如 另一 家長 所 講 是listen to music, 你 女女 好 勁
