Regarding Supporting documents: what is the current visa status for hk? My son has Canada and hk passports, do i need to send both passports copies to school. Or just hk Id copy is good enough. Anyone?

I think it is for those kids who need a visa to stay in hk. If your son is born in HK, a birth certificate should be sufficient.

Can you submit form online? I tried 3 times in the past few days and it kept saying system error in the validation page.

HKID / birth certificate (same number) to show your child has permanent residence status.
Cdn passport to show that he has a foreign passport.

Yes I applied online successfully, also send all support doc to kinder too.
