True. I always tell my kid his responsibility at his age is to study (not in term of getting good result but have to learn to be responsble, hardworking, be careful and be focused) and learn to be a good kid. I never give him any treat if he does well in study. In fact, I never buy him any birthday presents or any presents for any festivals. I don't want him to be materialistic.
