去英國化的結果，高級文憑是英制，副學士是美制，日本叫短大。

The course design & content are uite different. AD is designed to bridge back into undergrad, therefore more academic. HD is dsigned for the students to enter employment after graduation, therefore teach more practical and hands-on knowledge.
