朋友孩子在英國AL修化學及生物，想用AL成績報非聯招如理物冶療，藥科及放射系，最低要求是？

Non jupas無咩最低要求，收生成績從不公佈，透明度低，只能問前人經驗，但多數人UK non jupas報HK多數係神科(eg Medi , Law etc)，你問個d應該少有reference！

Gce 分module考，分AS & A2 level subjects 可以分幾年考n次，考完決定要AS/AL award！以前一年可考兩次，今年開始改一年一次，由於AS / AL award可以係combine唔同年份subject 分數，所以每份卷都有兩個分，一個試卷分同另一個拉curve既分(叫Uniform Marks UMS) 去平衡番唔同年份試卷深淺！
AS award 只計AS level subject 既分，AL award就計AS+A2level subject 既分！
AS同 AL 都係UMS average 80%就有A ，A2 level subject UMS average 90%可有A* ( for AL award only) !
GCE 理科 A唔太難，通常早一年已考AS知分數，如果AS 考得好，A2 subject 考得差d都有機會擺A！A*相對就難d有把握！
個UMS係拉curve分，我囡有一科AS UMS有100%(正式分券當然唔係滿分)，即係佢個科A2 只要UMS over 60%，Avg 都有80%都會有A！

會計唔算神科，唔係收得超高分！我囡CU 會計都有offer！

2013 PolyU 放射學及物理治療只分別收了 8及21個 Non-Jupas，用GCEAL 相信更要打生打死至有機。

少人經 NJ 入放射學及物理治療，原因可能少 NJ 人報歲讀，和難易度未必有關。

This is a chick and the egg issue. I don't think the no. of Non-JUPAS applicant is small given the fact that local IB students are increasing.

No, it is not a chicken and egg issue. We just don;t have the data to make a judgment. You don't think there are few applicants but you don't know, do you? How do you know the local IB students evenly apply to all types of degree programs. How many of the local IB students want to stay in HK for anything other than medi and law?

我女去年去理大开放日，問过物理治疗 counter.回答係non jupas 2013 係零收生，我當時都不禁抽一口涼氣。

Physio 在港是獨家村，又係poly 3宝之首，報名人数可不少，收生要求亦極高，dse 去年係5科 30分，只差三大的神科少少。non jupas interview 我女有去，當日約有四十人，但她不知会否有另一面試日，ib candidates 狳pg 40+起標先会有interview (因为有同學都報左，但pg 40-無得in). 席间亦有其他 non j 比如係副學士，degree holder and AL. 但為数不多，in 完大家傾計，个个ib 都其实報左medi. Hku medi interview 都撞返几个。poly physio 小女offer 係38，不过如果PG無40，根本就唔会有offer 机会。

This is a chick and egg issue. The causality is not clear. At least two possible explanations:
1. Low quota for Non-jupas => low non-jupas admission rate => Lower Non-jupas applicants
2. Low non-jupas applicants => low non-jupas admission rate

Assumption: the JUPAS/non-jupas admission figures in JUPAS website reflected the truth and this information is available to non-applicants and they read it.

I know 武航's experience before saying that local IB applicant is increasing. As more local Chinese students enrolled in IB programme, obviously they will apply to local U. Whether they stay or not is a matter of choice.

理大三寳差不多保證就業，對所有學生(包括IB)係有一定吸引力。

香港一向失業率低，保證就業不是我的考慮。

I was saying you did not provide evidence to support your claim. Nor do I have info of my own to support or reject your claim. The info available at that point was not enough to draw a conclusion.

雖然院校沒有公佈實質數據關於 physio non jupas 收生的情況. 據小女經驗, physio non jupas 還是頗高要求. 同班幾個報, 得個女 pg 40+ 有得 in, 其他 37,8 都無機會, (雖然最後 offer 都係 38, 但 pg 38 都唔會有機會收 offer) , Interview 後大家交流, 其實個個都報晒 medi, 而事實上 mbbs interview 都撞返幾個. poly 呢個無 40+ pg 無得 IN 既安排亦間接解釋左點解無 or 少 non Jupas 入讀．　因為 PG 40+ 既同學如果實際成果出得返 40+ , 其實可能有更好的選擇．

其實根本係同 med 搶緊同一批學生，冇人讀唔等於冇出offer，或者人地最後選擇 med 呢。med 都年年收唔少 IB 生，咁又代表乜？就算係 med 的 offer，都有人 turn down，舊年有個 ESF 狀元，最後冇 take med offer，去了讀 music 。雖然係多了本地人讀 IB，但不代表他們的目光一定如大部份本地人。
