This is our first time to take exam. Just want to ask, the piano accompaniment fee normall ...

On exam day, the piano accompaniment will just accompany the 3 pieces. Nothing more, in fact, he/she has to exit the exam room when ur child is being examined on the aural and sight reading parts.
As for the double fee…I did not encounter this before. Did u find this accompanist yourself or did the violin teacher recommend him/her? If you are not pleased with him/her, change to another one next time.

Some accompanists I have used charged 1.5x on the day.
