The four universites are all very good. Choosing anyone of them is okay. However, in terms of popularity, U of Birmingham, UNSW, and U of Sydney are well-known. U of Surrey is not bad but not so popular.

You may choose based on personal preferences, such as weather, food, culture, etc. For example, UK is much colder than Australia. Sydney's China town is much bigger than those in the UK. Australian cities are always ranked much higher than the UK's in living environment. But, UK's honour degree involves three years study, while Australia has three-year ordinary degree and four-year honour degree programs.

UNSW ranked 55, while U of Birmingham ranked 57. However, I also query about the value of this rank.

It is not outdated as both 2012 and 2013 ranks are given. 2014 has not passed yet.
