Hi there,
For those of you who have kids studying at the Tsing Yi ESF kindergarten, can you comment on the quality of their teachers? In particular, whether they're real native english speakers or simply, foreigners who can speak english? I have heard from others (incl. teachers from other kindergartens) that a lot of them are indians.
