我女9月升K3...
我10月會搬....個校網完全吾同.
咁我到時可否轉校網？
會吾會太遲改吾到？我擔心佢要老遠返學！！

請問小一點樣轉?派位前轉?

You have to fill in your address and school net when you submit the form to the school you choose for discretionary stage (自行分配學位) in September (when K3 just starts). If you fail to get a place in 自行 in November and have to join central allocation, you will receive information from EDB by mail in January to the address you entered in the 自行form. If you move after submit the自行 form in September , you can go to EDB in Wanchai to change the address.
They usually ask you to make the change after the release of 自行 in November as they are busy in handling the 自行 which does not make reference to your address.
It is safer to move before you submit the 統一派位 form in January, You may still do it in February I heard but EDB will not give you a cut off date. So, if they start the allocation process, you can only get the remaining seats in the new net if you are too late.
