我女女在2013年11月出世，想做細女，元朗有乜幼稚園會收細女，同埋我想報N班，元朗及天水圍有冇N班報，同邊間好?是否應該報2016/2017年度??

Same here, my son born on 2013 Sept, looking for Nursery too..
