一年一度的閱讀比賽，都會推薦一張20本書的書單；就算沒有參加，這張書單都值得和大家分享。
送上下屆比賽書單，全部適合高小閲讀，有些較深、有些較淺，暑假唔知睇咩書，可以揀番一兩本。

這書單的優點就是非大路流行書，講真，國際學校的學生那個不會自己去追warriors、percy jackson，我們有時要幫他們讀闊一點。2013-2014那批書我仔由不感興趣，到後來越讀越有味道，甚至會主動說那些書寫得好好。
誠意向大家推介，書價around $50 each (Book Depository), 是送給孩子最佳的暑期禮物。

主要是一些國際學校參加的閱讀比賽，以隊制形式作賽，分不同回合答題，題目環繞改年度的20本書。

Andrew Clements is good. His other books like Frindle, The School Story, .... are good as well! What about the summer reading list of your school? Any good ideas there?

哈哈，這位媽媽真勤力！
從前我也是這樣找新作者的，來擴展孩子的閱讀範疇，每年是整套的訂回來。其中幾本，七八年前也在book battle list 內，現在又重用了。希望你們継續努力，其實全部公共圖書館也有，早些留書便可。

有門樓上書店，在銅鑼灣怡和街，prosperous building,專供課外讀物給CIS, 小學讀物較多，每年必備齊battle of books, 書价平均是page one 的七折或七五折，如果有美國版，便更平宜了。
幾年沒去，忘記了書店名，只記得少東名是Ivan, 在公司找回電話再轉告。當年的小伙子一邊上大學，一邊賣書，上堂考試便要被迫關手機，其他時段，服務一流，還會推薦好書好作者給小女，其閱書量真不少。這樣勤奮的年青人，可能已經發達上岸了。

阿仔今年第一次參加BOB, 好開心；所以已跟老師報名出年再來一次，2014的書已在book depository訂齊，上星期送到，今個星期已讀完5本。
消耗完呢20本，我會再買英美BOB的書。這個暑假，應該好充實。

孩子肯看，買多少看多少，回報效益必定比金錢多。
把書看完了，總有些不外如是，另一些驚為至寶。如果是孩子至愛，不妨收集或借閱作者的其他作品。小女也曾狠狠地啃下不少，由某作家帶出多十多本作品，是有殺錯無放過。如是者reading web可以無限擴張。
