請問有小朋友現就讀CIS嗎？可以告知discipline如何？學生多是本地或內地嗎？

My son is not in CIS, but from what i learn their student population is always pretty balanced, because they select their student body in order to have a good balance of international, mandarin speaking & local children. Even the student characters are balanced (some quiet, some sociable, some passive, some active etc).

In terms of discipline, according to the school the kids are courteous and kind. The impression i have is that CIS has good kids, probably due to their selection process.

Although two thirds are Chinese, most have foreign passports or born overseas.

Academic results are very good.

我兩個仔係CIS. 大仔嗰年級一半係中國人（香港人&台灣人，好少大陸人）。另一半係亞洲人&西人。細仔嗰年級三份二係中國人。有香港人，台灣人，但大陸人的比重亦曾加咗。CIS學生好有禮貌，亦唔太百厭。上課時好乖，個個都會坐定定.

jolalee, hkparent, wenwan, 謝謝你們呀！我想幫小朋友報呢間但又不識人讀，好想知道多D實際情況。

wenwan, 想再請問，D學生有人搭校車嗎？還是都有司機車返學？另，學校有anti-bullying policy嗎？因在website看不到。聽你說學生都守規矩，但just in case，想看看學校方面怎處理。

Junlymom, 大部分小朋友都係坐校車. 當然司機，媽咪接送的亦有。不過學校係鼓勵同學坐校車架。

學校無明文anti bullying policy. 如果老師知道會處理。但我從來無聽過有嚴重的欺凌事件，只係一d推撞問題。

Wenwan，想問吓debenture的事情，現在入讀的學生要買debenture嗎？
聽朋友講學校redeem了debenture，有d家長花了幾百萬買，但interview之後，學校無收，跟住又以幾十萬face value被redeemed，搞到告agent...請問學校現在debenture policy是怎樣？謝謝

學校只會issue少量corporate debenture. 至於personal levy, 如果成功取録，學校會收annual levy $17,500 or once off levy $75,000.

不過應該係無得告，講明係有interview機會，有priority，但吾係實收。

For personal debenture, it is a small sum of $75000 only, For corporate debenture, because of these complaints, though legally not obliged to, the school changed the redemption plan, so that instead of immediate redemption, all the then issued debentures will have 10 years life span. So anyone not get enrolled can sell it in the market. Because of the limited life, the price is much lower, but still somewhat about $3 million. Sort of compromise.

Dear Wenwan,可再請問嗎？他們有校車去九龍嗎？在website看不到。還有，在website看到他們有類似annual appeal的籌款活動，請問這是一定要的嗎？還有其他洗費嗎？請問你知道他們辦學團體是誰？學校是謀利的嗎？Sorry,很多問題。謝謝！
