有無家長可以講下或者學管風琴的孩子情況.

Those I know who have started playing the organ since they were secondary school students are now a music undergrad majoring the organ or playing the organ in church or teaching music at IEd. They were all pianists at school and took courses at Cultural Centre.

Most of my organ students start playing the organ at around aged 15 and up (or at least tall enough to touch the pedal board with their feet). In most cases, they would need to be able to play the piano first before starting organ lessons because playing the organ require students to read three staves at the same time, and both instruments share some of the same playing techniques.
Most students start taking organ lessons because they think the instrument is cool. A lot of them are usually Christians, since most organs are found churches....

The down side about learning the organ in Hong Kong is that most students usually don't have an instrument to practice on regularly, but they could still practice their hand parts on the piano.
