我尋日開頭都係咁俾佢話 missing documents, 後來發現有d file 5 係 jpg format 或者大過2M, 換左相之後ok 啦

I submitted the form on March 3 morning, ref# 3xx, but still can't get the email confirmation as of now.
I tried calling them twice.......
Don't know what happening...

Application Guidelines
報名表格填寫前須知
1.

After filling in the Application Form, parents need to upload the following documents. Please prepare before hand. Photo file format should be in JPEG.
申請表格填妥後，需同時上載以下文件，請家長先準備資料，照片請用jpg格式
1.1

One passport photo of the applicant
兒童証件照片一張

1.2

Self portrait of the applicant in a normal daily life setting
兒童個人生活照一張

1.3

One family photo
家庭照一張

1.4

Birth Certificate
申請兒童之出世紙

1.5

Baptismal Certificate, if the applicant is Catholic
申請兒童如屬天主教教友請上載領洗紙

1.6

There is no need to upload any other documents except the above
除以上所述，其他文件無需遞交

2.

Please fill in the Application Form in English except for the part where the child’s Chinese name is concerned.
申請表格除中文姓名外，請用英文填寫

3.

Parents must fill in all the parts marked with an * in the Application Form.
註有 * 之欄位必須填寫。

4.

An application Reference Number will be issued once everything is completed and please note down the Reference Number and quote it for future correspondence.
表格遞交程序完成時，會發給申請編號，以確認手續辦妥及作日後聯絡之用。

5.

The applicant must not be under two or above three years of age before 30 September of the current year.
本校本年度只接受本年9月30日前足二歲而未滿三歲之兒童申請。

6.

Please read the following and the prospectus carefully before filling in the form
表格填寫前，請詳閱「本校簡章」及以下「報名須知」
6.1

There is no Registration Fee.
不設報名費。

6.2

There are only 54 vacancies for N1, therefore not every child will be interviewed and thank you for your understanding.
本年度新生名額為 54，約見兒童與新生學額相約。故已報讀之兒童不會安排一一面見，敬請家長明鑑。

6.3

There is no need for parents to upload applicant’s profile or any related documents other than the documents stated above No. 1.
無需為幼兒遞交任何檔案資料或介紹書函。

6.4

Criteria for admission to the Nursery are based on the Points System of the HKSAR for Primary Schools and the social needs of the child
本校取錄新生是參照香港政府之小一自行分配學校的計分指引，及視兒童家庭的社會需要。

6.5

This is a whole-day non-profit, private school and the School Voucher System does not apply.
本校乃私立非牟利全日制幼兒園；學券制亦不適用於本校。

7.

Parents will be notified via email before the end of June of the result.  For the successful applicant, school begins in August.
本校於六月底前，以電郵通知，是否能安排貴子弟於本年八月就讀。

8.

The name of unsuccessful applicants will be put on a waiting list.  Once a place becomes available, the Nursery will notify the parents.
未刻安排之幼兒將保留為備取生，待有空缺時，即通知接見。

9.

Please do not send the Nursery any correspondence by post as the Nursery is moving towards a paperless system.  In the future, the Nursery will be sending out correspondence electronically.  Thank you for your kind co-operation.
為環保起見，請勿郵寄任何函件，本校亦不會以郵遞方式與家長聯絡，敬謝合作。

Finally got their confirmation email now.Maybe they got too many application, takes time to process :p

i've the same situation. I submitted yesterday afternoon and didn't get the email confirmation this morning, so i called the school at 9:xxam...after 2 hours, I got the email!

Email confirmation won't show the information we submitted.
Only show the ref# and tell you that we may only receive further update by end June.

如果submit唔到一定有些地方整錯咗，系統會喺錯嘅位置俾提示，例如上載嘅文件要用英文名、父母嘅ID號碼只需填頭4字母及數字等等。慢慢填，唔好心急啊！
