CWB 流程：

1. 登記
2. 入課室玩玩具，當中英文、廣東話及國語老師會過來同小朋友玩桌上玩具，間中問小朋友及家長問題。老師不停地會在紙上寫嘢。
3.大约二十分鐘後圍圈，跟英文及國語老師唱歌做動作。
4.派手指公仔~完

短短30 分钟面试，包括老师观测玩玩具、听故事、用圆圈当司机开车最后送公仔，大家都是留心听故事和跟老师玩开车游戏，根本跟难分出谁优胜。

I'm not sure if they look at parents' bground, I think they will take note bb whom can stand out amongst others during the interview..

Based in last yr experience, usually pg or siblings can have offer without 2nd in. If you are N 無，having a second intervew means you are very close to get an offer unless parents screw up. Hardly see anyone can have an offer without second interview. Interview notice is by email, around a week from today. It will take place on weekdays

That's I heard from the principal of HMT during the seminar, she said that no 2nd in means accepted or rejected. 2nd in are for undecided candidates for further access.

Among 1000+ candidates and you can get a call for 2nd in, your kid must be very outstanding during interview. I wish I could have a chance for 2nd interview. Anyway, wish you good luck.
