yes, my son is from other kg, and he is now in P.5 of Munsang.

I remember the no. of seats for outside kg was 5X for that year.

It is hard to say how many outsiders can be accepted by MS Primary School.
1.  Primary school reserves not less 85% seats for their kg students.(quoted from its kg website)
2.  It depends on the numbers of K3 students give up their seats.
3.  The school does not offer any seats to those less capable students.
