I heard that mist of the international school charge an amount of levy (non refund )or pay debenture which can be refund when you are going to leave the school , but I had read the application term on ICS website and I don't understand what is transferable debenture ? What is the process to get back the debenture ? Headache

Transferable means 'transfer to the next person who enroll the school'
