姐姐的合約是我本人簽的，我女下年會去英國讀書(我們在當地有親人)，打算讓姐姐跟個女一齊去英國3-6個月陪下個女等她習慣一下，然後姐姐就返來香港繼續留在我家工作。

唔知有無媽媽知道我應該幫她申請咩野簽證？

試過申請，如果不是移民及本人在英國申請，基本上唔可能。

仲有工人姐姐如果黎英國，好似要跟翻英國勞工法例，就算唔計福利，講人工，就要比6.31英鎊一個鐘。（英國最低工資）

i second the above, she will most probably unable to get a visa as she will not have earned nearly enough to satisfy a travel visa and if you intend to get a working permit for her (which i dont think you would) she will need to earn more than 21,000 GBP per year to qualify. I know also it is beside the point but isnt the reason why you want to send your child to a foreign country is so that they can become more independent?

That is for British nationals, for a working permit you will need to earn an annual salary exceeding 21000 for year and that no one is suitable to do the job in the country.

How old is yr girl? Is she going to stay w/ yr relatives? If so, no point to ask the helper go w/ her la.

我試過，工人要同你工作滿一年，可以同佢上㒳申請旅遊簽証，但佢原則上要同你一齊出入境，同埋你要俾佢英國既最低工資，visa 期係六個月，可以番香港再renew ，果時都係我十六歳個女幫我上網搞掂，同埋香港英國領事館個職員指導我哋點申請。

我工人同我工作6年。我們是英藉，但在香港工作。我們想如果可以的話，同個工人一齊去英國，過了幾星期後，我們先走，她自己留低多幾星期，再回港。。。
