my 2 years old boy cannot concentrate on any toys or books for more than 2 mins. is there any way i can improve his concentration?

No TV and no flash toys. Do not disturb him or talk to him when he's doing sth

it may depends on what kind of toys or books you provided to him. perhaps he doesn't know how to play with the toys/ read those books that make him cannot focus on them.
by the way according the psychologist the attention span for the child= age*3 say as your child is 2yrs. he should have about 6 minutes attention span.
bring him out and have more outdoor activities also help.
