As i m thinking the reaso why ESF Tsing yi invited all the applicant to the interview is due to the new campus!! so i m wondering when will it start?

What is the linkage between Tsing Yi interviewing all applicants and the opening of a new kindergarten in Tung Chung?

For K2 (2015) @ tung chung campus. It's only my guess!
