昨日收到Victoria 海怡 PM 兩文三語班的offer。 我先生好開心，因爲可以搭校車，不需要辛苦送小朋友過海返學。 但我自己中意之前收到的 九龍塘 啓小附幼 多D：都係兩文三語，啓小附幼offer係AM，小朋友可以繼續睡午覺。我有少少擔心victoria會不會太谷小朋友。想小朋友開心D，將來性格好D, 唔想太辛苦。
請問大家會如何選擇？可否給些意見，謝謝！ Victoria 係唔係每日都有普通話和英文課？

victoria 每班有3個老師加一個姨姨，分别係廣東話，英文 net 及普通話老師。Victoria 係出名嘅 happy school, 好多家長嫌佢唔夠學術，又點會谷？啓小附幼同 Victoria 都係用 IB approach, 我覺得咁細個最好唔好過海返學啦！

D功課好彈性，不會打分數，只會貼貼字。

有心機的家長可以用上三+分鐘去完成一份工作紙，冇心機的5分钟可以收工。

學校教中文字和筆順但不會有大量練字功課……
。
。
Materials 比左你，温晤温習，家長自己決定。
。
。
。
所以孩子的程度可以有好大分别！

Victoria兩文三語班要到高班才有三位班主任，k1及k2只有兩位（廣東話及net）。另外，k1及k2普通話課堂的比例是少一點，除非是國際班，兩位班主任（普通話及net），那全部課堂時間便是普通話及英文。

小兒正讀海怡維記k1英普班，有兩位班主住，一net，一講普通話，另外仲有一位助教。我仔由pn讀上到而家，完全唔谷，小朋友讀得好開心。佢哋重視語境，閱讀同探索學習

多謝樓上梗多位家长詳細回答。遲D去兩閒學校親自問嚇。如果維記海怡K1/k2冇常駐普通話老師，我想應該我應該接受唔到。 昨晚在網上看到今年開始，VSA出咗Debenture， 維幼升VSA小學基本冇咗priority，非常失望！！
依加最重要係要解決過海返學問題。有冇家長知道啓小附幼有冇過海校車的？

For tri-lingual PN class at Vic (S. Horizons), there are always 3 teachers (plus assistant) in the classroom, one Cantonese, 1 Eng. NET, and 1 Mandarin (NET).
I would have thought the mandarin teacher should also be present in the classrom for K1 ?!?

Thanks for sharing! They definitely should! And I would be very disappointed if it turns out to be a "NO".
But based on the profiles of the teaching staff on their website, seems they have allocated more/better resource to PN.... Anyway, will check with the school teachers later regarding the K1 program.
How do you like the PN program there in Vic (South Horizon)? How do they structure the tri-lingual program in PN? Are the teacher caring and inspiring?

My kid in HH, three teachers are present at the classroom all the time, unless they are divided into small groups.

Don't be upset. VSA's debenture holders only have priority to interview, and only about 10% of places will be for debenture holders. Victoria KG students will continue to have interview priority over non-Victoria KG kids. Competition for primary places is keen though with 8 children competing for 1 place this school year.
