I got offer from this sku Yr 10 last yr
and i can tell u that its a trap (Personal)
Facilities there are Completely sucks and LOTSSS of Mainlanders
The result is good because of mainlanders

PS Accept Dulwich College Sixth Form offer this year

ASHFORD 比較多中國人學生，還有對學生的學業非常重視

不過我有個case 有位因為as level 一課不合格，被踢出校（其實他其餘的成績有A 同 B)
所以我對這個學習形象麻麻

不過我現在讀的學生都讀的好開心，所以有覺得ok 啦

I am a current Year 11 student in Ashford School and totally disagrees with timothy140. Although there could be some limitations with the facilities, as it is a town school, the teaching is outstanding. The teachers provide notes that could allow most students to achieve excellent results. Yes, there are mainlanders but they are definitely not the majority. During the day, over 80% students are British, with some numbers of Russians.
Furthermore, any boarders should note that any high-ranking schools would have a greater number of foreign students, most notably from Mainland. Brighton college is an obvious example.

The school produce good results. It's not very difficult to go in. two of my daughter's friends there in form 6 and go there since form 3. The girls change so much since going there (maybe not all bad) :question and lots of students like to play.

It is my second year in Ashford, as I started there in Year 10. To answer your question, Ashford is indeed an academic school.
