請問2013-2014統一派位有幾多人放MPS在第1呢? 有冇人知呢?

I think all fail in the first round will put in the first choice for lottery. At least I will.

there are a few out of those 60 allocated seats still haven't register yet when i were there this morning around 10am.

希望在大抽獎後叩門的話，MPS要求在自行有申請，並且統一把他們放在第一位的才會有機會面試。
