I'm only given interview from RC, not for ESF. They both inform us by post with these few days.

Apart from "reserved list", there is a "confirmed list".

"reserved list" = need to interview
"confirmed list"= have place for kid, no need interview
"waiting list"= no interview chance to interview

most of the kids are "reserved" or "confirmed"?

"Confirmed list" still needs to be interviewed. But if the child passes (meets requirements), they will immediately have a place.

("Reserved list" interviewees need to wait for a place to open up even after their child passes interview).
