其實都唔算貴，因除左學費同校服錢，其他全包唔會收什麼茶點費，冷氣費勞作費！咁每班有NET, PTH and Local assistant, 1:8 ！唔算貴！國際學校，語境好！

雖然教職員第一句一定肯講英文，但你唔理照講廣東話佢哋都會用廣東話答番你除左外藉老師同校長外！

書簿費是否也包括？因有些學校收2丶3千書簿費

My daughter is studying PN at GF Long Beach this year, we like the school very much. Even though the school fee is a bit higher than others, but it's all inclusive except school uniform, and it's 11 months installment as compare to 12 months in other schools. Teachers only speak English (as they are all NET) and/or PTH. Of course it will be better if your kids can understand English when school starts, but I saw many kids can pick up quickly and adopt to the environment in 1-2 months time. Although some parents said teachers are relatively young and inexperience, I don't think it's a big problem as long as they are caring, and kids enjoy going to school, learn how to cooperative with other kids and teachers, and learn the appropriate level of academic, then that is total fine to us. GF starts teaching phonic in first few months of PN already, and my daughter can sing the whole Phonic Song now (which really surprised me). One more thing which I really appreciate, they have book report every Friday, which those books are borrowed from public library instead of using brand new ones. I do think this is a good practice and teaching kids how to save environment.

Highly recommend for PN but if for K, I believe most parents will still try to apply other schools with better historical record and more famous, but GF PN can definitely help kids to build their foundation when they attend K interviews (esp if the interview conducts in Eng).

All in all, if you would like your kids to enjoy schools and enjoy reading, I believe Parents' participate is the most important component.

Thank you so much for your sharing. From your opinion, it seems Long beach greenfield is really good. I also have Cannan pm offer, duno how to choose it.

teresaswau : thank you so much for yr sharing. I hesitate to choose GF just coz of high school fee for such a new school, but really feel better after seeing yr comments.
Cocc: i hv the same offers as yours, but may choose GF finally as it's near my home

間學校喺正我屋企樓下我都無apply, 因為覺得佢升小一好似國際學校多，加上無outdoor playground...

teresaswau, 我想知你依家呢年有幾多班PN? 同埋係咪隔離會擴大? 知唔知14/15年又會有幾多班PN? 我見我地呢年好似都收好多人下, 突然擴大收咁多人, 我擔心會否有影響. Thanks.

I'd suggest to pick the one closer to your home. My daughter had both York and GF offer last year and we finally picked GF since it is walkable distance from our home. You will not regret to pick a closer PN as resting time is also very important for 2-years old kid.

In terms of Primary allocation, I believe the list shown on website is for other campuses. Long Beach is a new campus and this year will be their first year that have K3 graduate.

There are 8 PN classes (4 for am and 4 for pm). PND is particular for small B and usually have fewer kids in that class. And yes, they are expanding the campus but not sure about how many new classes in the coming year. I think coz this is not one of the famous schools so the selecting criteria is not as strict as other schools, and they also welcome small B as well.

Thanks for your comment, Teresa. I live in Lai Chi Kok, so both of the schools are not near to us.
