No. It is different. I think they change things should be written on the letter of reply. it is the year of the k1 application to the correct one.

just received email telling that 26 April 2014 is 新生收費日... 逾期未能辦理入學手續而未有事先通知者，則作放棄學位論... so you can expect there will be some vacancies in early May
