I have asked the Principal ( FoTan branch ) she said "Yes. For when it's cold n Especially for when they take the class photo." But I don't think I will buy one anyway... If it's only for the class photo n it's not really that cold when they are in school since the whole school is indoors. It's not cheap.... Around $350...? Something like that.
