Of course GSIS teaches in German. What else do you think they teach in? What other answer do you expect?

For most students, the best way to learn German is to study in GSIS as you use the German language almost everyday even in the English section.

For most students, the best way to learn French is to study in FIS as you use the French language almost everyday even in the English section.

Anything else is an ECA and would not be very useful.

不用急, 待孩子十五六岁参加中学生的海外交流计划到一年, 到德语国家入读government school , 入住当地家庭,约半年已能说生活德语, 一年多取得入读德国大学的最低合格德语资格. 这点是在港学十年也难做到的水平.

如果孩子年纪少, 钱不是issue, 可以去HK Language Institute 玩玩, keep 住孩子的兴趣.大一点转去哥德.

what level of German you want ? my son went to Berlitz many years ago when he first joined German Swiss, but seems they don't provide German tutorial anymore. now his classmates mostly emplot private tutor. If elementary level, maybe my son can teach !

goethe institute is good. systematic. I studied there for few months when I was young. me,for fun only with my friend. not very difficult to learn. See what your acture want. Or find a teens from GSIS or ESF west Island school for teaching basic German.

May I know any on-line materials for learning? must be cheaper than taking a course.
