My son, 14 months, is overly active. He does not stop moving around for one minute. He is a very light sleeper even a slight noise could wake him up. He also likes to moving his legs while he is drinking milks from bottle. He does not like read book at all. Once I open books and ask him to sit with me, he screams or cries. Shall I be worried? Is there any way I can train him to be able to focus?

I m no expert but just share my thoughts..... Boys are usually more active and hard to sit still. Try to find something he likes n can draw his attention. Eg. Cars, snack, noise making objects. Understand what he likes and start from there. Ask him to sit for 10 sec at first the reward him with the above. But make sure u tell him its for rewarding for siting. Slowly add up and introduce him a book then reward him. Try try. Hope it works out for ya!
