其實你所說可以9點半睡已經很幸福了（對非IS學生而言）！如果我仔和女9點半可以收工的話，我反而會想捉住佢地傾吓計，足棋或者講吓故事，在壓力咁大的環境更要保持溝通，培養感情。15分鐘quality time都好好的了！

仔仔IS year 5:
8:00am go to school
3:00pm end of school
3:30pm snack time
4:00pm reading / homework
5:00pm piano
6:30pm dinner
7:00pm online learning / reading
8:00pm pack up
8:30pm go to sleep
Of course he joins some ECA classes on weekdays: piano, tennis and swimming. He is busy to certain extent but he could enjoy this routine very much.

其実不単是香港的、亞州大部分都係ＧＵＭ。　唯有取個平衡就是了。　我個小朋友ＩＳ六年級了、但我ＳＴＩＬＬ維持小朋友要８：３０上床、始終覚得這個年紀睡眠最重要。　ＷＥＥＫＥＮＤ就可以９：３０先睡。

其實澳洲都係咁既上課時間同學興趣班。當然係功課量無咁多但亞洲人家庭都會另外再俾d 如公文數功課去做。不同的是你覺小朋友已不用擔心英文一科，因at least 可溝通in english fluently. 其實辛不辛苦好睇家長。壓力係要學點handle

我有同家姐講下年（或下學期）同她轉inter，因為我大女舊年考TSA時真的好辛苦，下年又要呈分，更慘。後來我不想細女都這樣辛苦，就同她skip了k3讀y.1。

返學返全日，放學甘多功課，要搞一體藝，學校仲有默書、測驗、幾測幾考。
甘樣的生活安排，如果小朋友吾能够樂在其中，系幾惨的。

最近報導話，開學5星期有好幾個學生失蹤，無知系咪學習壓力有關！

I think most kids go to school early every morning and end school at 3pm+... time after school is not much no matter in Local or international schools... but my kids like going to IS very much, school life is very interesting and playful... a lot of activities, so school is a place for learning and playing. They also have a lot of homework after school in secondary schools, most important thing is good time management.

3:30-6:00 ECA, reading time, play time
6:00-7:00 Homework time
7:00-8:00 Dinner
8:00-9:45 Homework/ Practice musical instruments / dictation preparation/ playtime
9:45 Reading time + Bed
