Any LS parents can share whether there is School Picnic Day, is it held once a year? Can parents attend? Roughly when it is held?

Yes and it is on Jan 16, 2014 for this school year.

Try to login school intranet and there's a school calendar under "行事曆" at the top left corner.

小一同小二就可以一位家長陪同 (要比錢), 小三自己玩無大人份!

開學時，學校會派校曆表，有寫晒全年度的大小事宜，包括考試、測驗、旅行、假期等等。
