May I ask the parents, how to prepare it, any items ? must included? If apply ourself thro' UCAS system.

that varies with the course selection, but most PS would include aspirations and relative achievements.

Thanks Mr ANChan59 & Mr. JeffLogan123. Ms Mattsmum for the valuable information, I learn a bit now, may I ask
1.is unifom group e.g. boyscout ? an essential extra-curricular activities and
2. paid work is important as mentioned can fill in up to 5 in the on-line application form,

Whether being a boy scout or having a paid job is an important activity would depend on
(1) what you had learnt from being a boy scout or your part time job;

(2) how such experience would assist you in your chosen subject.

If you can give a detailed explanation along the above line, your activity experience could make a difference in your personal statement.
