請問有冇Anfield 小學家長，可否講吓：

1.  課程怎樣，有無用教科書
2.  老師質數
3.  課外活動
4.  學生背景及行為

小朋友剛入了 Grade 1. 其實只係上左課2個星期

1. 英國課程 + 每日一課普通話. 只見有普通話教材帶番屋企
2. 小朋友班主任, 剛剛在香港第一年任教, 之前在英國也係做老師, 佢好似係有讀 special needs education, 感覺是不錯, 有熱誠同耐性
3. 逢星期一三有課外活動上, 一次係PE, 另一次是rotate 既活動
4. 剛一次家長會, 驟眼看, 80% 是本地生, 少量日本生, 少量其他國藉

學校有一D reinforcement 機制, 也有要求小朋友守紀律, 暫時我地是好滿意

女兒現已轉校, 如有興趣二手校服可興我聯絡!

另外, Anfield 是一間很好的學校, 老師有愛心, 而且小班教學, 我女兒讀了一年已說得一口流利的英文, 至於女兒轉校的原因, 因為她抽中了我的dream school...而且不用學費... 所以轉校.. 但我和女兒都很不捨得Anfield!! 這真是一所好學校!

Thanks for your information. May I know whether Anfield Primary has connecting Secondary School? My boy is currently attending Anfield Nursery.

再想問吓：

1. 是否人人都有得 interview?
2. Website 話 Jan/Feb 2014 會有 year 1 interview, 想請問去年大約幾時interview, 同埋in 完之後幾時有result?

My child is currently a student at Anfield in year 1. He had his school interview in Mid-Jan this year and we received the school offer letter dated 31 Jan. Once place has been offered, you'll have to return your acceptance within 3 weeks.
So far, my child enjoys going to school a lot, the British curriculum seems pretty similar with what I had in my primary days in Canada except the Mandarin part which they do everyday. As both my husband and I do not speak Mandarin, we rely heavily on whatever the school provided in English "ping yin". We are still ok.....for now.

Thanks for sharing! Any idea whether Anfield primary has any connecting secondary school now?

I have not heard of any official announcement regarding the connection to secondary and I am not too concern. Hong Kong is a fast moving city and I am sure there would be arrangements by then.

Btw- Anfield is not an Int'l school with full of westerners and as far as I know, the vast majority of students come from middle class Asian families. I would think it is not suitable for local families who wants their children to be very "international". But worth consider if those who are like me trying to stay away with the local school curriculum.

大概係因為 Anfield 今年最高年級係 year 4.. 所以都未有發生連繫中學既事
要等多兩年先有第一批畢業生

佢地話係同沙頭角果間中學會有 connection, 但我自己理解暫時未係正式的

anyway 呢幾年間會有好多國際學校成立啦, 到幾年後應該選擇又會多左了
