柏斯琴行職員"RayLin" 質素惡劣

本人仔仔今天在油塘大本營柏斯琴行練琴, 預約了兩點練琴,

他和媽媽兩點已到達14號房練琴, 本人兩點五分到達琴行,

但該琴行職員Ray Lin說現在沒有學生在練琴, 但他們的練琴房接收不到電話信息,

本人打了十多分鐘電話給媽媽也打不通,並在兩點二十分再次詢問職員Ray Lin,

他強調沒有學生在練琴, 並阻止本人進入練習房查看,

事後他的負責人居然說,琴行職員Ray Lin辨稱在他們離開琴行時才知道,

他們兩點至兩半期間在琴行內練琴,琴行職員Ray Lin浪費本人和仔仔練琴的寶貴時間,

本人感覺Ray Lin沒有帶腦上班, 沒有查明真實便阻止本人入內查看,做事馬虎,態度惡劣

令本人對柏斯琴行失去信心!!

I have been there one time before to have a trail lesson for the 1.5yr old baby. The attitude of the staff there are very bad. I asked questions in the counter, but the staff (a boy, I don't know his name) there asked me to wait. He helped the customer who needed to pay for the school fee first. I said it's ok. But after he has finished helping that customer. He did not serve me. He pretended to do other things and deliberately let me wait for longer time. At that time, I was carrying the baby and we had waited for 10 mins before he served us.

It was a very bad experience to me and I will never go there again.

真有其事，可以向琴行投訴。係度講，係發洩吓，無也意思。

其實唔係好大件事，何必係度開人個名。我唔認同樓主既做法囉。
