First of all, it depends on how old is your child, if she is in early primary, I prefer (3) because if you put swimming 1.5 hrs before 補習, she may feel tired or sleepy when she attends classes.

In addition, is 1.5 hours swimming lessons purpose is "learn how to swim" or "操水"? 1:1 or in a group? If 1:1, I think one hour is enough.

For Spanish, will you consider to learn it still after summer vacation, if not, I will stick to (3) coz I think Writing / Oral will helps her in academic.
