但是學費每年要30-40萬，好貴啊。

Unless in HK or developing country e.g. Philippine, studying dental surgeon is expensive and required total 6 yrs (with practical training!)

For oversea BDS graduates, they need to take local exam for practising. The passing rate is quite low (protectionism)!!
