Hi. Anyone receive enrollment info from school? The school is on holiday and so i got no one to find out more. Appreciate with you help to share info with me.

I remember Suki said it will be held on 23 Aug, a letter will be sent out early Aug.

Hello, I like this school v much n plan to apply next year, but many of my friends warn me saying my kids can't go back to normal school. What do u think ? Are u planning to send ur daughter to their primary school too?

I would suggest u apply first and then visit the school during open day. Cos vacancy is also quite limited. My girl is studying in local Nursery which is very academic ie 1 to 2 homework a day plus semester assessment (test). Giving the experience this year, as a working mom, i can forsee it is getting harder to follow my girl homework and do revision with her every night. I already do not need to OT and manage to reach home around 7pm. With my visiting the school and see students 's writing (hope they are like ESF that all this is done in school and have no take home work) , i m happy yo put my girl in a cosy school which is not very popular , small class with christain study and can enoy the attention from teacher. This school has primary sector and looking to build secondary sector partnering with ICA and small world in HK island side. Understand once u place your in one stream, it is not easy to turn back to other but i put my girl school life with preparing her with confident, love god and respect others as priority in selecting a school. Too heavy in academic at young age and hot competition, may turn her becoming just a machine for exam that is my worries. Though money is one concern for sending a kid to IS, comparing to other IS, NIS is which less expensive and even some direct subsidise schools fee are climbing up so rapidly. See if my sharing may help your decision

HI my girl interviewed around 2.so her english just manage to single word, e. G. Yellow, blue etc

NIS is thinking secondary in HK Island side? With primary in Tai Po, I wonder how practical this will be. Parents do not like the one in Sha Tau Kok?

I don't think so. Most of NIS parent are living in NT, they don't want to go Kowloon side or HK Island. Therefore, the school is still searching the campus which locate in NT in the first priority.
