Lately my daughter has been crying a lot, over very small matters...like when I forgot to put a tissue packet in her bag for school one day, she broke down....She wasn't always like this, and I would really like to know what I can do to help her. I have spent more time playing and have fun with her, just to let her relax. Are there any other ways I can help her? Can you please give me some suggestions??

what have happened at school? Have your talked to the teachers of your daughter?

你可試下遊戲治療，可幫小朋友舒發壓力。不過最好都了解佢响學校既情況，會唔會老師過嚴？
