我都好擔心!! 當我一同d 朋友講, 呀仔今年小一入宣小, 佢地都話: "o華, 好學校呀, 不過, 好深架, 我的朋友個仔讀唔掂呀, 跟得好辛苦". 又另外有一個朋友話: "我朋友個仔讀得好辛苦, 父母又太忙, 所以已經轉了去xx 學校讀........."

所以, 我個心, 仲係好忐忑不安!!

大家可以給我多一點有關課程深淺的資料嗎?

其實我都好明各位家長的擔憂,因在坊間對學校實有著太多這樣的評價. 只是就小一而言,原來讀落又不是這樣的恐怖,只要小朋友本身有著一定的學術底子這樣便可應付自如!

No worry, it's not that tough.

My girl is a graduate of APSKT and she is now a junior secondary student.

Frankly, compare to other traditional schools, the homework of APSKT is comparately very little.  Or I should say "quality of work" rather than "quantity of work".  The exam questions are not strict forward, they tend to test about the application of what you have learnt.  Maybe this is the reason why people say it is very hard.

Of course parental guidance/support is required.  However, the No. 1 priorty is to train your kid to complete the homework independently.  You are just there to provide guidance and support.  Time management is also very crucial.

Perhaps the school curriculum may have changed now but I think the core philosophy remains unchanged.

Trust your kid, he/she can do it.  Good Luck!

完全正確！學校的功課真喺唔多！

我囝及姨娚女也在宣小畢業，現在是初中學生。大家無須太担心，初小的學習是很輕鬆。

Hi! I am going to apply Primary One, however, there is not much information on the web, would you please tell me more on the followings?

1. Do the students being allocated to different classes according to their exams result?
2. Do they show the position of the student in the report card?
3. Any NET in school?
