Too late to apply Victoria playgroup. I did submit the pg application when my son was 3 months' old, and i hv got the waiting number 14xx. A really hopelessly long queue.

Heard that the queue is only 1 year long, and the birth rate is much lower this year than in the past 3 years (probably by 30%), so the queue is probably not as long. I also submitted forms like a month ago when baby was 4 months.
