I am thinking to change school for my son, but it seems that many schools want a reference from previous school or at least be given consent to contact. i dont want it that much.... in your experience do you know if schools really contact applicants' previous schools? thanks

If a school knows nothing about your son, it seems to be like that you apply a school you know nothing about it. Fair or not ? Just common sense!
