Does anyone know whichChinese Textbook ( Year 2 & 3) Singapore Int'l School is using now?? Can u give me the name & publisher?? Where can I buy them?? Thanks.

You can call to SIS book shop . They are very helpful to give you the full book list in primary including some playcard, and CDs for your selection. The price is very reasonable.

Hi just curious, why you want to get it if you are not study there ?

原来的Singapore 课本, 按普通话是母语教学, 课程的编排,跟IGCSE , GCE 的英国公开考试的模式是类似的, 估计也是为增加singaporean 往前的学途灵活性. 因此香港的其他的IS primary 也乐于采用 ,在配套上比香港课本合适, 却又比台湾和国内的同龄课本容易得多.如家长打算家教中文, 暂时可以说是没選择下的唯一選择了.

当然如孩子自身 , 和学校的中文能力高, 修读中台的教科书必是更佳選择吧!

Current students are only allowed one copy per person. Only towards the end of the term would they sell out more copies when they are sure that there are no more newcomers.

Oh really ! I just know that sis chinese curriculum is modigied and uplifted since last year. .not only on textbook but also on the teaching approach and motivation scheme to students.

是的，去年换了新的教材，属于校本，深了很多很多，我猜学校是想跟本地的中文程度靠近。

去年开始在sis读小一的孩子有福了，起码不用象高年级那样追得这么累。
