Yeah, may be you're right, but it's not a matter of how to swim butterfly stroke, but it is a matter of how to ENJOY swimming butterfly stroke.....that's the major difference.........

Before enjoying swimming, we have to learn how to swim.

我自學左幾年都游唔到15M, 學左10堂後, 再練習,種算勉強游到50M.

Woh,,,,good for you....I think the butterfly stroke should be the hardest one among the four strokes.......therefore I choose the total immersion way to learn this stroke, it emphasize on slow rather than rush...

It is the art of swimming ...I'm learning.........only..

If yoiu can swim slowly, you know how to swim.
If you can rush for 200 meters, you know how to swim.
If you can only rush for 50M (like me in butterfly), you don't know how to swim.

Yes, this is a good way to learn how to move the body as told by my instructor.
