I think at least 4 years old if parents dont speak Eng with the kid from birth. but can play letterland songs to him from very young age.

it depends on their passion to phonics… usually around 3yrs student will be introduced to phonics… but if they enjoy the songs and the letters or if u can find a good place to learn, 2.5yrs can already start to learn!!

我仔仔三歲開始學，但我諗佢當時太細，唔覺佢學識。三歲半左右至開始見成效，見他懂得的生字多了
